This is my most comprehensive service: from the initial budget drafting, to finding the perfect team of suppliers, to planning every aspect of the celebration, to styling and coordinating the day itself. I will guide and inspire you all the way.
During the first meeting, I will ask you to tell me the ideas and desires you have for your Wedding, and based on these, and using my experience, contacts, creativity, and planning skills, I will help you create the wedding of your dreams! I will formulate a design concept that tells your story through details and simplicity.
Throughout the planning period, you will have control over every phase, and we will customize all services based on your needs and desires.
Expense management is an integral part of the planning process. I will therefore create a complete breakdown of your wedding budget, helping you prioritize your ideas and keep track of your finances.
I will always be by your side, acting as a filter between you and the suppliers, thus easing the entire organizational process. In addition to having constant phone and email contact, I will organize regular update meetings to keep you informed on how all the preparations are progressing. Furthermore, I will attend meetings with suppliers to reassure you about the choices you make.
Similarly, on the wedding day, I will be present from start to finish to ensure the day runs perfectly and to supervise that all suppliers are in line with the timing I will have drawn up in the days leading up to the event.

In this case, our relationship will begin a month before the event. During this period, I will contact all suppliers to organize the day’s schedule and create a shared program. We will check and confirm together all those special details you have planned in the previous months, and I will ensure nothing is forgotten. Additionally, if you wish, I will also help you with the styling and decor of the event.
On the wedding day, I will be present from start to finish to manage suppliers, guide them, and do everything necessary for you. I will be the first point of contact for any questions from you, the suppliers, and the guests. I will always be present “behind the scenes” to ensure everything proceeds smoothly. This will allow you to enjoy the big day without stress and know that everything will go according to plan.

First meeting
The first meeting is dedicated to listening to you. After an initial chat to get to know each other, explain my working method, and understand your needs, I draft a proposal with a related quote. This first consultation is free and without obligation, but it will help you understand why I can truly be useful to you.
WEDDING BUDGET DRAFTING
Planning starts here
During this meeting, we will talk about the idea you have; this will give me the opportunity to have an overview of the event you desire and to generate, with your help, a budget for its realization. We will try to understand what your priorities and preferences are by analyzing in detail all the individual items that make it up.
LOCATION SEARCH AND INSPECTIONS
Location selection
This is one of the most delicate phases. The dream location exists, but finding it is not easy. Based on your requests and ideas, I will prepare a selection of locations for you to evaluate. Then we will go on inspections of those that have impressed you the most, evaluating the pros and cons of each until we reach the final choice.
SUPPLIER TEAM BUILDING

Catering, photographer, florist, bride and groom attire, hairstyle and makeup, invitations, entertainment, lighting, decorations, and much more. I will help you manage the payment schedule, identify your priorities, and understand the most important clauses of each contract.
DIGITAL MOODBOARD CREATION
Event design inspiration
The moodboard, or inspiration board, is a detailed collection of materials that will help us outline the style you want to give to the event. I will create a file composed of a selection of reference images for: floral design, invitations and graphic details, table setting, setup, lighting, and much more. Everything will be in harmony according to your wishes.
EVENT SETUP AND COORDINATION
Alignment
As the wedding date approaches, I will organize location inspections with the various suppliers to define the final details together. Then I will create detailed graphic projects with the event itinerary and checklists that I will share with your suppliers to ensure everyone is aligned and coordinated.
DAY TIMING AND SCHEDULE
Last call
In the days before the Wedding, I will produce the complete execution order hour by hour for the event day to distribute to all suppliers. The timing will be drawn up starting from the setup start time to the end of the event with the related dismantling. This will allow you to feel more secure, avoid a thousand phone calls, and know all suppliers are perfectly coordinated.
