First meeting

The first meeting is dedicated to listening to you. After an initial chat to get to know each other, explain my working method, and understand your needs, I draft a proposal with a related estimate. This first consultation is free and without obligation, but it will help you understand why I can truly be of help.

WEDDING BUDGET DRAFTING

Planning starts here

During this meeting, we will discuss your idea; this will give me the opportunity to have an overview of the event you desire and, with your help, generate a budget for its realization. We will try to understand your priorities and preferences by analyzing in detail all the individual items that make it up.

LOCATION SEARCH AND INSPECTIONS

Location selection

This is one of the most delicate phases. The dream location exists, but finding it is not easy. Based on your requests and ideas, I will prepare a selection of locations for you to evaluate. Then we will go on inspections of those that impressed you the most, assessing the pros and cons of each until we reach the final choice.

BUILDING THE SUPPLIER TEAM

Supplier selection

Catering, photographer, florist, bride and groom attire, hair and makeup, invitations, entertainment, lighting, decorations, and much more. I will help you manage the payment schedule, identify your priorities, and understand the most important clauses of each contract.

CREATING A DIGITAL MOODBOARD

Event design inspiration

The moodboard, or inspiration board, is a detailed collection of materials that will help us outline the style you want to give to the event. I will create a file composed of a selection of reference images for: floral design, invitations and graphic details, table setting, setup, lighting, and much more. Everything will be in harmony according to your wishes.

EVENT SETUP AND COORDINATION

Alignment

As the wedding date approaches, I will organize inspections at the location with the various suppliers to define the final details together. Then I will create detailed graphic projects with the event itinerary and checklists that I will share with your suppliers to ensure everyone is aligned and coordinated.

TIMING AND DAY PROGRAM

Last call

In the days before the wedding, I will produce the complete hour-by-hour schedule of the event day to distribute to all suppliers. The timing will be drawn up starting from the setup start time to the end of the event with the related dismantling. This will allow you to feel more secure, avoid countless phone calls, and know that all suppliers are perfectly coordinated.

WEDDING DAY COORDINATION

Wedding Day

I will be present from start to finish to manage suppliers, guide them, and do everything necessary for you. I will be the first point of reference for any questions from you, the suppliers, and the guests. I will always be present “behind the scenes” to ensure everything runs smoothly. This will allow you to enjoy the big day without stress and know that everything will go according to plan.
